Documentation Manager
Front of House now has a built-in documents manager, allowing Brian and Rob to securely share and manage documents directly through their web system. They can either upload PDF's and file-based documents to the site for sharing, and also generate and edit documents directly from within the system.Every time each document is saved, a backup of the previous version is archived - meaning everyone who can manage documents on the Front of House Organisation website has complete visibility of amendments and previous versions. If a previous version needs to be restored, that's super-easy too.

The documentation manager is fully-fit for business. The Front of House Organisation can securely manage their documents and folder structure, password protect folders and individual documents, and also provide per-document permission levels to different groups of users within the system.
Finally, the documentation manager is Search Engine Optimised, meaning every folder and document can have search engine-specific fields updated should any documents be published publicly.
Facebook-style Notifications
The Front of House Organisation's website is now fully-integrated with automatic and manual notifications. Each authenticated user to their system can receive notifications, either via the website (Facebook-style), via email, or via mobile/tablet push notifications.The benefit of this is a fully interactive web system. Brian and Rob can configure their system to suit their needs; for example having a notification on their phone whenever a new user signs up to the website, or sending custom-written automatic notifications to users when they've applied for events, or their applications have been updated.

There are already over 200 individual events in which Brian and Rob can configure custom notifications to different users within their system; which has brought their system to life.
Dynamic User Profile Fields
This is a hugely beneficial addition to the website system. The power it brings which will allow the business to capture an unlimited amount of custom data from their customers, giving the Front of House Organisation great marketing potential and data efficiency. Brian and Rob can now build custom user profiles for all the different types of users that access the website; and also force certain fields to be completed before the system will let the user continue using the site.
